Wheels of Hope is a Christian organization that desires to help people who are disabled and disadvantaged. Organizations and individuals in the US donate wheelchairs and medical supplies to Wheels of Hope. The equipment is sent to many different countries of the world, including Thailand. The equipment is given to people who have been accepted through an application process and checked by medical professionals. The desire of Wheels of Hope is to share the love of God and improve the quality of life of people who are less fortunate. Bringing Hope for a Better Life Wheels of Hope is a non-profit organization that collects, refurbishes and distributes new and used medical equipment to needy people throughout the world. Based in the United States, Wheels of Hope receives donations of wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, bathroom facilities and other medical equipment from individuals and organizations. Used equipment is refurbished and inspected by specialists before shipping. The equipment is then shipped outside the US and distributed with the help of medical professionals. Recipients are located and diagnosed by medical professionals living within the destination counties. In Thailand, Wheels of Hope works in coordination with the Northern Child Development Center. Focusing on the Poor Wheels of Hope has a priority of helping the people with the greatest needs. Their goal is to provide people with a better life who otherwise are unable to afford expensive equipment. Medical professionals receive applications and check patients to determine their needs. Then they decide who should receive the equipment and what aid is best according to each person's specific needs. Wheels of Hope is a Christian organization desiring to share the love of God by helping people in need. Nearly 2000 years ago Jesus Christ was sent by God to solve the biggest problem of mankind. Because every person in the world has done things wrong, they are guilty before God. Jesus lived without ever doing anything wrong, but instead lived to serve others. He had power to heal many sick and disabled of their illness and disability. The miraculous power of Jesus, causing the deaf to hear, blind to see, lame to walk and those with illnesses to be healed, was a witness to the world that he was the Son of God. Jesus was put to death on a cross but God raised him from the dead. Jesus is still alive today. All who believe in Jesus, that Jesus' death on the cross was God's way to forgive the wrong things they've done, will live for eternity with God in Heaven. By raising Jesus from the dead God declared to the world that He has power over death and that Jesus is the only way to God. For eternal hope, people must believe in Jesus, the Son of God. Wheels of Hope seeks to follow the example of Jesus by serving the disabled and disadvantaged. By providing quality medical equipment, Wheels of Hope brings hope for a better life.
